Specialties Our goal is to awaken your natural beauty and shine it forth for all to see. History Established in 1950. Slate Salon was built by Armand O'Barton and his father 50 Years ago. Then it was a Barber Shop. When Armand retired, he sold it and the name was changed to Lamprey Waves. After 5 years of ownership, Kathryn purchased the salon in 2010 and changed it's name to Lamprey Waves Hair Salon.
