This is a great property to live at the Property manager is very nice and caring he even told me about different places in the area that i could visit most importantly the whole process was a breeze
I'm a current resident and my lease renewal is coming up i plan on staying at the property going into my 3rd year i love it here very comfortable property is well kept manager is fun and full of ideas if you are looking for some place cozy this is home for you.. the Guy Eric who left a review he use to work for the company he's been gone a couple months he was nothing but a epic fail he couldn't fix anything all the residents can testify to that that's why he's no longer around.
I love this place very professional and got me together very quickly as needed. I highly recommend them to others
An over priced run down dump now full of crime. They want one single person to maintain the entire property. I've legit been to properties in the hood . Far better structured , maintained, cared about, and organized more than this place.
The problems started from the moment we decided to take the apartment, unfortunately. The office boy/“manager” told us there was a move-in fee, either $350 or $500, depending on the system, based on credit score and income. The system showed $350, but he insisted we had to pay $500. What’s worse, he even took $150 in cash. I have never seen or heard of a residential management office demanding cash like that. I paid it, but only realized how wrong it was afterward.
