Not what it looks like The property looks nice, but the police are called there too often which is probably why there is a substation across the street. The property manager is nice until you sign your lease, then she turns mean, rude and condescending, all up in your business watching when you have visitors and telling you where they should and should not park, and what you can and cannot have on your own patio. If you like living under a microscope, this is the place! I haven't been watched this closely since I lived with my parents. We recently moved out of this complex because it is too restricting and the management staff spends too much time watching residents looking to complain about something. It's almost like living in a dorm except, at least in a dorm, you can have overnight guests without being grilled about it. Slate Ridge Commons This place is great!!!! The apartments are very spacious and the grounds are very well taken care of. Maintenance is very fast and you can do the requests online. Could be one of the best values in the area
