My insurance company referred me to Slate Restoration for water leak damage to my garage ceiling and portion of kitchen wall. From the moment I called and spoke with Angela to the project completion the service was excellent!!! I always knew who and when someone was coming to my house. Everyone was professional and provided excellent customer service!!! Slate Restoration guided me through a very stressful situation with caring and compassion!! I am forever grateful for such a wonderful top of the line company!!
Edit: A representative did reach out to make this situation better for us. We were provided a partial refund which is appreciated. Unfortunately I have to share our $7,000 poor experience. We chose this company due to their good reviews and and ability for prompt service. We had a leak in our home while we were out of town.
