Very easy company to deal with. Ashley Nuga communicates around the clock to ensure that any issues & concerns are dealt with in a timely manner. Nobody wants to use a restoration company, it's a stressful situation. Im just thankful that these companies exist, and can be relied upon when you need them most!

Slate Restoration stands apart from all other disaster restoration firms that focused more on the scope of insurance billing than my need as property owner & developer. They provided me the option to rent drying & dehumidification equipment economically & with Concierge level service: scheduling, confirmations, delivery & pick-up, billing and payments were top notch. Dave, Vanessa, Ashley were good people to deal during a rough time.

I had the unfortunate experience of discovering a leaking pipe late at night. Was able to get a plumber by first thing in the morning who brought his restoration company with him who insisted I had $8-$9000 worth of damage and needed to file a claim.
