Slate Restoration is awesome! Their employees are sympathetic, truly listened to my concerns, offering professional caring support to get my flooded basement cleaned up quickly. Ashley, coordinator, doesn’t sleep! She responds to texts/calls any time of day. Julio and his Cleanup Crew were precise and diligent in mitigation demo, leaving my home clean and cared for. Edit: A representative did reach out to make this situation better for us. We were provided a partial refund which is appreciated. Unfortunately I have to share our $7,000 poor experience. We chose this company due to their good reviews and and ability for prompt service. We had a leak in our home while we were out of town. My insurance company referred me to Slate Restoration for water leak damage to my garage ceiling and portion of kitchen wall. From the moment I called and spoke with Angela to the project completion the service was excellent!!! I always knew who and when someone was coming to my house. Everyone was professional and provided excellent customer service!!! Slate Restoration guided me through a very stressful situation with caring and compassion!!
