Edit: A representative did reach out to make this situation better for us. We were provided a partial refund which is appreciated. Unfortunately I have to share our $7,000 poor experience. We chose this company due to their good reviews and and ability for prompt service. We had a leak in our home while we were out of town. My insurance company referred me to Slate Restoration for water leak damage to my garage ceiling and portion of kitchen wall. From the moment I called and spoke with Angela to the project completion the service was excellent!!! I always knew who and when someone was coming to my house. Everyone was professional and provided excellent customer service!!! Slate Restoration guided me through a very stressful situation with caring and compassion!! I am forever grateful for such a wonderful top of the line company!!

State Farm referred me to Slate for repairs caused by extensive water damage from a hot water tank leak. I have to admit I had doubts about a referral from an insurance company. I was very pleasantly surprised at their rapid response. The demolition and work to dry the walls and floors began immediately. All of the workers were very nice, professional and extremely competent. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I had a great experience working with Slate Restoration. Their communication was excellent from start to finish — clear, prompt, and professional. They responded quickly, completed the emergency mitigation in a timely manner, and took care of communicating with the insurance company. Highly recommend!
