RecommendedThe property is clean and everything was put in new. The girl Nicole in the office is very sweet and quick to help me with all my questions.The greatest feature is how close it is to Plant Street.
It is a beautiful place to live and right next to Downtown Winter Garden and has very nice and also very funny maintenance staff.

I had the opportunity to live at Slate and absolutely loved it! I only moved due to a job transfer but I love how they are really fixing the place up and making it so beautiful. The homes are gorgeous too with brand new renovations so I was the first one to even live in my apartment. The office staff and maintenance were always very helpful and attentive as well.
Just moved in. We have been here for about 3 months now and we couldn’t be happier. The staff has been very responsive and helpful with everything! They are all so nice! The fact that we can walk and ride are bikes EVERYWHERE is amazing. Looking forward to the amenities being put in. ☺️
Slate is a great addition to Winter Garden! The new renovations are really adding such a great feel to the community. Management is also a pleasure! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking in the Orlando area
