I've visited the Ballard location twice since moving to Seattle, and both times have exceeded my expectations. The coffee beans are expertly roasted, producing tasty drinks, and the staff are some of the best-trained baristas I've ever encountered. Upon ordering the deconstructed espresso and milk, the barista sat with me and provided an in-depth explanation of the origins of the coffee beans and the milk and instructed me on how best to enjoy the beverages. We Googled "best coffee shops in Seattle" and your shop was highly rated with very positive comments. The atmosphere was chill, barista knowledgeable and easy going, and coffee drinks excellent. Loved the subtle flavors, background info..just tasty. Initially I was taken aback by the small-sized drinks but the quality and flavors made me slow down and drink with intention.
