Slash Fitness! If I could give 6 Stars I would - Based on the Front Desk, the Trainers, the carefully coordinated Workout Plans with the perfect balance of Cardio and Strength Training, THE MUSIC!, the Cleanliness, the Equipment, and being surrounded by other people wanting to become the best versions of themselves...this place is special. Hats off to the Management and Staff for showing how to make Fitness work for anyone wanting more for themselves!
Great place for classes! Joe & his staff are kind, supportive & have been around a long time. Staying in this business for over a decade is tough so it’s a testament to Joe’s dedication to what he loves. Slash is also very supportive to local businesses which I think is refreshing! If you chose to sign up to be a member of Slash or even chose them on Class Pass, I’d say smart move. They are one of the originals & best.

Have absolutely loved my workouts at Slash Fitness. . Since I started. It’s an awesome quick efficient workout. I am here during the winter months and find the workouts challenging and fiffrrrnt every time I’m here. I absolutely love Gianna, her classes and her instruction! I strongly recommend slash fitness
