Poor service. Unprofessional. Overpriced. Came here on a personal recommendation from a friend and this was the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had with my son. I told the barber to fade his hair and he cut it all off. ALL HIS HAIR, HE CUT IT OFF. WHY? If you’re in Stafford , skip this place and try the next one in your Google search results.

This is a shady establishment. I booked an appointment with Londel Coles on June 7, and he did not show up. Londel then charged me a $40 no show fee, make it make sense. I contacted the owner about the issue and got nowhere. It’s hard to maximize God’s gift with this type of business practice. In the long run, this type of business practice will cost Londel and the establishment far more than the $40 stolen from me.

I was pretty unhappy with my experience at this shop. I felt like zero effort was put in to my hair cut. It was essentially lopped off with no attempt at styling. I wasn’t informed until after the service that the card reader was down and it was cash only. The cut was so bad that I had to fix it myself later that evening. It felt like the barber took the whole thing as a joke and did not care at all to make it look even presentable. I’m not sure if he was still training or was just ready to go home. Last time ever visiting.
