I found SLAM in September 2022 when I had just had my first baby and I was welcomed with open arms. It is the greatest group of women and friends. The coaches provide such fun and unique workouts that are totally scalable! You come for the workout but stay for the community!

I seriously cannot rave enough about S.L.A.M. Panama City Beach. I’ve been a part of this group for 2 months and as cheesy as it sounds, it has changed my life for the better. I was completely sold on day one and feel so proud to be a SLAM sister. I’ll admit that before I joined, I had seen them working out a few times and thought “nooo thanks”. I became a member of SLAM in September of 2019 when I was about 6 months pregnant with my oldest son. After attending one class, I was hooked. The workouts are challenging but adaptable to all fitness levels, and they’re perfect for moms juggling busy schedules, offering in person or at home workout options.
