Though my family frequents Slam Dunk regularly, tonight's experience was powerful. Slam Dunk was Slammed, out of glasses, out of pitchers, so many people and only so much their employees could do. However, even with them being swarn at and yelled at, I didn't see a single employee loose their cool. I saw them work together to provide the best service they could. Two and a half hours for delivery is ridiculous!!
Loved it but the only thing is that was the second time when I was there there were no forks for the salad and also salad bar was missing my favorite topping the green olives. Other then that best place in town!!!!!!!
Lady at the bar was super disrespectful and it took a super long time to get food. It was a miserable time because while I was waiting the 45 minutes I could hear her also being super rude to other customers. One worker was screaming at her coworkers. The food here is actually super amazing but the service was so terrible.
Jus had the worst service and it took 45 minutes to get a salad � worst part is I make salads for a living and I know it doesn’t take that long. It wasn’t even busy.
Shout out to Slam Dunk Pizza. These guys are awesome. Really amazing people. I'm out here fighting fires right now and myself and a couple of my guys came in for dinner. They showed us so much gratitude for being out here. I can't thank you guys enough just for being the great human beings that you are. Thank you for your warm hearted welcomes and your kind-heartedness. It was much appreciated by all of us!
