I made my first compliant ever after coming to slam dunk for 4years! They right away responded and wanted to resolve my issue. I am so glad the customer service is excellent. My family loves this restaurant. They always accomodate my food allergy everytime. The service is always quick. I am trully impressed with the restaurant. I love the homerun pizza with white sauce its absolutely mouthwatering!
Great pizza. Wonderful atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and if you catch the owners there, they make you feel like part of the family. Great menu selection and prices can't be beat. I called in 2 large pizza's and expected a 45 minute wait since that seems to be the standard wait time in this area when I've called in pizza's to other locations.
