How do you consider a boat winterized when we find the unit up and the batteries on?? We have had bad experiences for on site service including simple oil changes where the oil was so overfilled we had to buy a pump to remove some oil. We love our cobalt but service is a whole other matter.
We purchased our R5 Surf Friday and the entire team made this the easiest purchase!! Best dealer we have ever dealt with!!
Jeff and Dennis have been super in addressing my needs and very responsive. Screwed up my prop and Jeff had me out the door with a rebuilt prop the same day. Amazing.
This is my 3rd moomba and 1 Supra...Drew Wilson and all the people at Slalom Shop is easy and straightforward to deal with...I would say all together I spent less than an hour in the store...If you are in the market for a boat...call Drew - he will take very good care of you...I have used all departments - sales, service, parts and pro shop and they all have taken very good care of myself and my family!! Can’t say thanks enough for an awesome boat and awesome service!!
After purchasing a Helix on Tuesday the service crew hooked us up with upgraded ballasts, tower speakers w/sub and amp along with an additional battery all by that Saturday. Very professional and knowledgeable crew at Slalom Shop. Customer for life!
Superior service dept. I brought my boat in on a Saturday morning and they literally had someone checking it out before I was unhitched. I was back on the water that afternoon. Can’t say enough good stuff about the service dept. They set the standard. 👍🏻😎 Alan
