If you are a professional I think this place is fine and they are friendly and helpful. Nobody seemed rude to me. In general this place seems to have a more standoffish policy though, with it's proximity to the city proper I could definitely imagine some not cool people from some large city building running in there last minute for things. If you have a question and time give a call to one of the many other locations.
