I notice that those who reviewed based their reviews on customer service during their purchase. However, if they had an issue regarding their warranty work...they would find their "warranty" was useless as I did. Customer service means nothing if it doesn't extend past the initial sell.
Awful business that lie about their pricing. Watch out for their deceptive tactics. I would definitely stay away from them and look elsewhere.

We had a very positive experience at Slagle's Mattress Factory. They have a large selections of mattresses, including latex foam, and will patiently guide you through your selection process. We purchased a King size Symphony Pillow top set, and while I was OK with the comfort of it in the store, what sold me was their guarantee to alter the mattress in the first 3 months if you decide you want it firmer or softer.
