Dr. Lail and his staff are the best in the business. I actually enjoy going to the dentist's office! Everyone on his staff is friendly and professional. They have time management down to the second - I have never seen patient care run so smoothly. They get you in and out in no time, but you never feel like you are being rushed. I have had quite a few appointments during the last year to address childhood cavities that needed attention and I never felt any pain - in my mouth or my wallet. Dr. Lail does good service, however, while in the old building his office manager, Jana said we up to date on payments, next thing the new office manager said we were past due on 300 dollars. I questioned it and they could not explain where the charges came from. They threatened collections, we paid. 2 years later we have a credit of 300 dollars. Don't trust his staff and their billing practices. If insurance doesn't pay, his staff will have you pay the portion that insurance cover. watch them!
Great dentist. Even my 4yo loves going to Slade. The staff is top notch, and Dr. Lail uses all the current technologies. Both hygenists are excellent - completely pain-free.

Dr. Lail was thorough however he seemed very impatient and rude to some of his staff. I felt a little uncomfortable while in the chair. I may not go back to him...
Dr. Lail is the best dentist I ever been both here in Georgia and New York. His office was clean, relaxing and his staff were so friendly. They made me feel like I was a patient there for years on my first visit. I had my procedure and went back to work pain feel. Slade is one fine dentist and a very friendly fellow. His staff is top shelf. His facilities are clean, comfortable, and relaxing. My visits have always been pleasant and enjoyable.
Dr. Lail and his staff are very professional and friendly. They go to extremes to see that I am comfortable and with out stress of the upcoming proceedures. I have had other dental assistants that were rough and uncaring. This will never be the case at Dr. Lails office. I would recommend them to everyone. They are wonderful!!!
Dr. Slade Lail is great! I have had bad experiences with dentists my whole life...and he is the first one that i don't completely dread my appointments! He is very friendly and he takes good care of his patients. He makes sure you are comfortable and he talks to you like one human being to another (doesn't talk down to you because he's a dr.). I have had to get shots and you can barely even feel them with the way he does it. I would recommend him to anyone! Oh...and his staff is great, too. :o)
