I would not recommend this company. Even if they are family owed and been in business for decades. I made arrangements 9 months ago for them to do my mother's stone at the cemetery. They wasted no time to collect their fee. 9 months later and nothing was ever done. I called, emailed, and sent snail mail to them (I live out of state) and never responded to anything. I disputed the charge with my bank and they (Zocco) never bothered responding to the bank's inquiry. The bank eventually gave me my money back - which will be pas... read more
I’ve been calling and e-mailing to get an appointment for 3 weeks. I can’t leave a voicemail, I went to the location 3 times and I’ve yet to reach contact with anyone. I’m trying to get a headstone for my grandfather, but I will go elsewhere.
