We used SNL for a major home renovation five years ago. While the kitchen and general updates (paint, flooring, electrical) turned out well, the bathroom was a different story. The shower pan failed in under five years. Upon demolition, we found a half-inch of standing water beneath the shower bench, confirming it hadn’t been sealed or installed correctly.
