The woman who did my test denied my disability claim because I asked her to wear a mask. She retaliated against me for an ADA accommodation request, saying in the report that since I can advocate for myself I can get a job. I was discriminated against and treated like trash here. Dr. Maze is amazing!! I went in for an appointment today and she’s so down to earth. She’s thorough in what she asked and was very observant. She listened to my issues and was kind to me and my family. If you need a neurologist I’d suggest her!
Dr Tran and staff (except X-ray tech) were all very rude and unprofessional. Yelling at me because of my tremors requesting that I do things I’m not capable of for her tests. Telling me that I don’t have sciatica even though I’ve suffered with it for 30 years and her tests caused a flare. Telling me that people say they have cancer but if she doesn’t see it, then they don’t have it. What?!? Not all cancers look the same! I found this very disturbing since I have cancer. Very professional. Treated my son with respect.
Much like other reviewers, my mandatory SSI appointment for Ortho to get my back checked lasted less than 10 minutes. The receptionist did more work than the actual doctor who "examined" me. Absolutely appalled. I walked in and wrote down "back pain; tremors; cold sensitivity" and not once did the doctor even tell me to turn away or look at my back or neck in any way.
