I would put a 0 if I could. My daughter and I took our 2019 Subaru Crosstrek into this shop to find out why it was overheating. We have friends who are mechanics but they were busy and we wanted to get a diagnosis from a shop that purportedly specializes in Subarus. Highly recommend over the BMW dealership ! Great work much more affordable! Fair pricing ! Fast friendly customer service .
I went for an evaluation and was informed that it would cost $150.00 unless it would be very quick and they would charge nothing. The car went on a platform and I told them the battery was dead. After a couple of hours I was informed that to make the evaluation a new battery would be required and it was quoted at $450.00. I understood it was too expensive and decided to pick up the car. They gave me a 50% discount for doing nothing and charged me $75.00.
Stuart and his team are great. They are professional, fast, friendly, take the time to explain things, don't pressure you, give you options, offer good pricing (definitely a significant savings compared to the dealership), take care of your vehicle, and really know BMWs. No place else I’d trust to take care of my WRX. Stuart and his team have always been quick to respond, and do great work. Prices for services I feel are more than fair, especially factoring in the quality of work.
