I went for an evaluation and was informed that it would cost $150.00 unless it would be very quick and they would charge nothing. The car went on a platform and I told them the battery was dead. After a couple of hours I was informed that to make the evaluation a new battery would be required and it was quoted at $450.00. I understood it was too expensive and decided to pick up the car. They gave me a 50% discount for doing nothing and charged me $75.00.
Stuart and his team are great. They are professional, fast, friendly, take the time to explain things, don't pressure you, give you options, offer good pricing (definitely a significant savings compared to the dealership), take care of your vehicle, and really know BMWs. No place else I’d trust to take care of my WRX. Stuart and his team have always been quick to respond, and do great work. Prices for services I feel are more than fair, especially factoring in the quality of work. They’ve helped bring my car back to life from being abused by the previous owner, and can’t be more grateful for that
I recently had to get my AC evaporator replaced and SL Autoworks did an outstanding job. The team was professional, thorough, and kept me updated throughout the process.
