I bought my E92 M3 and immediately scheduled the car for rod bearings as a safety precaution. After paying $3,000 for the work, the engine locked up due to a seized rod bearing 90 miles later. There was no metal in the oil filter, and barely any visible in the oil pan. I'm guessing it was an over torqued bearing.They have no interest in making it right. Think twice before trusting them with your car.
I wish I had learned about SLA sooner— had I, I wouldn’t go to the LR Subaru dealership for service. I got an engine reseal done on my 2018 Legacy, and SLA worked with me to get the quickest response from my extended warranty company, SLA was always clear and precise in communications regarding the repair, they got the repair done in a timely manner, and there wasn’t a time they seemed annoyed with my questions or concerns. Serpentine belt snaped on my BMW F30 and the belt was sucked through the crank seal, took the car there got all gaskets and seals replaced oil pan gasket, motor mounts and radiator they kept me updated throughout the process.
Best place to go get ur bmw worked on people there are hands down the best people in Arkansas
