Solid price and quick service once the parts are in. Only reason this loses a few stars is the new screen for my Samsung is noticeably worse than the original. The colors are weird and the animation is slower. I paid $200 for a new screen, but he threw on a new camera glass for $5 and a new battery for $20.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They are conveniently located in the skyway. I’ve talked to 2 people here while trying to get my laptop fixed, and both of them were polite and kind with great customer service skills. Laptops are a thing that I don’t know well, so it’s good to be able to feel like the people helping have confidence and certainty in their ability. It’s also great to have my laptop fixed. I would highly recommend this business
Greg replaced the screen on my cell phone 6 months ago. He was fantastic to deal with at the time. Very professional and friendly. Today I stopped in because I notice my camera lens seemed foggy. Greg took my phone apart and found that it was dust inside my phone. He cleaned it, no charge, and he was again very professional and easy going. Awesome place to have repairs done.
Greg was extremely helpful in diagnosing the issue with my laptop. I dropped off in the morning and by the the end of the day he figured out what the issue was. I am very grateful for his help and time.
