Horrible customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND You can resolve any issues by stop sending me emails and letters over a storage unit I have nothing to do with and have asked multiple times to be taken off of this. I know you say "its your policy" blah blah, but its BS. Leave me alone for gods sake!
Urban Storage was a great partner. Easy to sign up, great hours, friendly, helpful staff. Very pleased with my experience here and will use them again anytime I need storage.
So far staff friendly and very helpful, easy access, no waiting for a cart or the elevator yet! If going through stuff in your unit bring a headlanp: could benefit from better lighting over the units.
This is my second time renting a unit and Bobby is always making it a pleasant experience.
Well run with helpful staff. Strong recommendation.
