When we bought a trailer and moved into the community in 2009, this was one of the nicest mobile home parks in the city - not many amenities, but it was peaceful and quiet. The trailer park is under new management. The new people don't care who leases, so long as the lot rent is paid. Our neighbors since spring 2022 have been loud, obnoxious drug dealers. Complaints to the management are useless. The management gets its rent, why should they kick the problem tenants out? Don't move here. You can do better.
