This is regarding 181 Skyview Bay, which has the same management as 171. I do not give any stars to the building. May be -10 stars!! What used to be luxury rental four years ago, has become garbage rental. One elevator is serving the whole building of several hundred units. The other elevator has been out of service for two months. Good luck if you have to move in or out of the building with furniture. It will be a move out of hell, especially if you live on any of the top floors. It seems every man for himself!! No bookings... read more
My husband and I lived in this building for about three years and for the most part had a great experience. I will start by saying many if the tenants on the 2000s side of the building have really created a community of the building. They host game nights, and encourage other tenants to join. We will certainly miss the ladies. In addition to that, we never had issues with the building, if we had a maintenance request, they were always quick to respond. I had a deeply frustrating experience with this rental apartment management company. After being approved for a unit and completing the deposit process, I was informed just three days before my move-in date that the unit could no longer be provided to me. The reason given was that the floor was designated for seniors, which was not mentioned anywhere in their application process or communications.
