I moved here in September, and after a couple of months I can confidently say this is the best place I’ve ever lived. Brandy has been incredibly accommodating, professional, courteous, and friendly—more than any building manager I’ve ever dealt with. She treats people with genuine care, and it shows. I’ve seen a few negative comments about maintenance, but I couldn’t disagree more. There is only one maintenance staff member for this large building, and he is an absolute gem. I've inquired for a 2 bedroom unit and got approved to rent here which was great but when I tell you the communication from their building manager " Brandy " has been one of the worst people to communicate with ever. I've been trying to move forward with the process and its been terrible. I'm currently still waiting to get a response to move in, I've called almost everyday for over 10 days now. Lets see if someone will get back to me.
This is regarding 181 Skyview Bay, which has the same management as 171. I do not give any stars to the building. May be -10 stars!! What used to be luxury rental four years ago, has become garbage rental. One elevator is serving the whole building of several hundred units. The other elevator has been out of service for two months. Good luck if you have to move in or out of the building with furniture. It will be a move out of hell, especially if you live on any of the top floors. It seems every man for himself!! No bookings... read more
