I have to say. I was so thankful for the workers at skywalk Pharmacy tonight! We were having major problems with our insurance and they went above and beyond to make sure my little man got his meds. thank you soooo much!
LOVE the Skywalk Pharmacy!!! They offer real customer service...yesterday Steve, a pharmacist, sat down with me for over a hour to help me work out my issues with medical supplies and understanding how everything works. My son recently had a g-tube placed and I was confused about the supplies being sent to my home. Steven patiently went through all of my questions and if he didn’t know the answer, made a call to find out the answer. It was incredibly helpful! Skywalk Pharmacy has been very helpful taking care of medications for my daughter. They can formulate liquids of medicines normally in capsules or tablet form, for easy administration. I like their monthly refill service, as it helps simplify things a bit.
I have frequented the New Berling Skywalk Pharmacy location many times since my son was born. The pharmacists are so knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. It makes it less stressful caring for a sick baby when you have a pleasant and quick experience picking up medications!
My son had surgery and went to use the pharmacy in the hospital before leaving. I didnt have to wait very long. Staff made sure i understood all of the directions.
