RecommendedMy favorite part about Skyvue is how close it is to Frandor. It's so easy to get groceries or just go to a restaurant close by that's a short walk away. It is so close to campus and the fact that there is a direct bus route to it makes it even better. Having my own bedroom and bathroom is absolute heaven. The 50 person hot tub is an added bonus and a nice way to relax after a long day. I really recommend living here!
Unscrupulous business practices. Dirty and filthy elevators, bathrooms, and hallways.
SkyVue is the only apartment complex my roommates and I considered when moving out of the dorms to off campus housing. It is clean and very updated! The parking garage is a live safer during Michigan winters. And the hot tub opened year around was a huge bonus!
The maintenance team is really great, but the leasing office is under staffed and not very informative. The billing system is very confusing to residents. There is trash that is always left around the building and the parking garage. On weekends, the trash rooms fill up to the point you can't walk in them to put trash into the trash chute. Residents don't pick up after their animals. It is not uncommon for other people to park in your paid parking spot (they will not tow for 24 hours). This is my first apartment in East Lansing and I have nothing but great things to say about the community here. The staff makes my dog and I both, feel at home and welcomed. The courtyard is your best friend if you have a pet that loves to run crazy, and all the amenities that come with it are what everyone needs when choosing an apartment! ❤️

I’m a parent to one of the Residents here I would highly recommend this complex to students. The Staff is AMAZING to work with Very Friendly and able to answer all my questions. The location is also a plus close to stores, restaurants, and highways Go today check it out it’s a Great Place to call home
SkyVue Apartments are in a great location! They have awesome amenities and a great staff. They always go above and beyond for their residents.
Hot tub is really nice and so is the courtyard!
