Everyone needs respect, including your patients. Learn to empathize with your patients and communicate your billing practices more clearly. Poor customer service can frustrate your patients who may have legitimate reasons to complain and they might even leave your practice.
Dr Ardell is very kind & knowledgeable person, with good heart to help any pain suffering person. He takes time to listen & make sure pain is gone . He is real hero 👍👍
Seems like a money grab. My first appointment I was told to try electro magnet therapy and once I was hooked up to the machine then I was told my insurance doesn’t cover it. There goes $55 I didn’t have. My second appointment was supposed to be a massage which my insurance does cover. I drive all the way there and was told my insurance doesn’t cover it. Maybe a phone call before hand would have been nice so I didn’t waste my time. Again seems like they want to get another $70 out of me. What’s the point of having insurance? ... read more

Dr. Ardell is very caring and knowledgeable, and he doesn't jerk your neck until it cracks and crunches, like some do. You will feel better when you leave than you did when you entered.
I have been going to Skypoint Chiropractic for over 11 years now and can't recommend Dr. Ardell, more highly. I can personally attest to his care for his clients, skill, and Knowledge of craft. If anyone is having back or neck pains, this is the place to go!!! Dr. Scienski is one of the smartest doctors I've ever met. The quality of life after seeing him has been incredible. He knows what he's doing, and is able to solve many of the issues you have been having with your body. After all, your spine is what connects all your body systems!
