The Skymaid Services provides a very unique and thorough cleaning. Always arriving in a supervised team of 2 maids to ensure the home is left spotless.
Our assigned maids were very keen eye to cleanliness, very pleasant to talk with and do the work deligently.
Skymaids is very different from other cleaning services I've tried in the past, the girls was so pleasant to talk with and very knowledgeable how to clean the entire home.
DO NOT GO TO SKYMAIDS!!!!!! They are very disorganized and even make you pay for parking without telling you. I had vendor parking and if they asked I would have informed them free of charge. I had recurring service and was charged regular price plus parking. When I was given a credit for being overcharge the following service did not know and did not honor it the day of. The cleaning was merely adequate and they broke a ceramic piece without ever acknowledging it in any way. Things like this happen and we would have been more than understanding, however leaving the broken pieces on the floor without even letting us know is just unacceptable. This was in a guest bath, rarely used, so we didn't even find it right away. The piece in question was a large ceramic piece from one of our trips and so has sentimental value. I had a bad experience with another company and decided to try skymaids cleaning service, based on the great reviews. I am SO happy I did! The ladies do a wonderful job. It is such a pleasure coming home after work to a sparkly clean condo.Thanks skymaids again
I was not as luck as the other reviewers. One of my main areas I wanted to get cleaned were the shower/tub. Even though the lady spent 2hrs in there, they were not clean. And no, my showers are not that terrible. I have cleaned them my self before, and I cleaned them after them with just a magic eraser. They say they come back if you are not happy, I called them back, but it was just a cover up. they did not even bring their supplies and asked me if I had any. I as I did not, they just left. I would not call them back!
