Jan 17 - it's been better since my neighbor moved out , I moved where I peaked my car and I charge my ring camera while I'm home . This place has its ups and down but the maintenance and the team in the office have been helpful with additional issues now . The gates have been fixed and all issue have been resolved . I love it here now Update - 4/28 I took my ring camera down to charge it and went to the store . In the HOUR I was gone, my door handle had been broken . Don't trust the five star reviews from people who aren't even residents here.. This apartment is very poorly built. The floors and walls are so thin that you can hear every single footstep from upstairs. Literally shakes every time someone walks upstairs. If your upstair neighbor starts dragging furniture at 11pm, good luck and just pray that the ceiling doesn't breakdown. The floors are also very uneven and slanted. This was a very nice and clean property. Staff was really helpful. It felt welcoming from the moment I walked through the door. Great experience.
Moved here a few months ago and it’s a nightmare. The building is disgusting (ROACHES, dirty etc) The trash area is filthy. Leasing is rude and the gates never work. The maintenance is great but yes everything and everyone about this place sucks!!!
