My experience was great! The staff is extremely nice. Especially Karion, he made the whole process very easy and even touring with him was a positive experience! 10/10 recommend!
Karion Walker was amazing throughout our entire move-in process! From start to finish, he made everything smooth and stress-free. He was super helpful, always available to answer questions, and made sure we had everything we needed before move-in day. His professionalism and positive attitude really stood out, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the residents. Big thanks to Karion for making our move-in experience such a breeze!

They were responsive, informative, and truly made us feel welcomed and supported throughout the entire process. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is my third year living here, and for three years I’ve had the same unresolved AC issue reported it over 15 times, and every time I’m told “we’ll fix it”, but nothing actually gets done. What makes it worse is that I’ve seen many other residents report the same problem, so it’s clearly a recurring issue this complex refuses to address. I can’t in good conscience recommend living here. The elevator has never worked and neither has the dishwasher. Maintenance doesn’t show up if you put a request in the system, and they don’t show up same day if there’s an emergency.
