It’s fallen from grace at a rapid speed. They aren’t appropriately addressing bedbugs and all other creepy crawlies that have taken up residence in the building. They also have a mold issue. The amenities that they advertise aren’t 100%. We had to remove our mother, like a thief in the night, while wearing hazmats suits. Disgusting and shameful what they’re doing to their elderly residence.
