Very disappointed in the “specialty” care at this location. I spent over 2k trying to find the problem and all I was told was to change her diet. I understand it can be difficult to find problems but there were still things to be done. I went back to my regular vet who validated the increasing concerns for my pet and continued to work with me and at least try symptom management. No one wants to ever say goodbye to their pets but this place does a great job of making an impossible situation bearable. My sweet boxer of 12 years said goodbye last week the dr was very thorough and took the time to explain what made my Ally girl so sick - which other vets in my area didn’t even bother to try Megan and Melissa were also super helpful and kind. Kind, knowledgeable staff. Received an excellent & thorough ECG report on my cat, but the experience was great from start to finish, really. From the booking of the appointment all the way through. I'll be taking him back for follow-ups as we try to mitigate heart troubles that are secondary to a battle with FIP. Update: Unfortunately, I was never able to bring my little Odin back for a follow- up. The FIP came back with a vengeance, causing a sudden onset of respiratory distress. Took our sweet girl there after she became nonresponsive and we knew she might be at the end of her life. They were so kind and caring and helped us make the best decision but also let us know what was going on and why besides she just "old". They also followed up with us after and sent us a beautiful card with our dog's paw prints. Financially, it was also very reasonable and much less than I anticipated it would be. We are very grateful for them.
