It's not every day you find a tree service that's willing to go the extra mile, but Alberto and Joel Valencia of Skyline Tree Experts did just that and then some! Our initial call to them was for a rather unusual predicament: my son's plane was hopelessly stuck in a very tall neighborhood tree. Joel and his team at Skyline are the best. Super professional and upbeat. Joel gave me great advice on how to deal with th me town permit to remove a tree, followed up regularly to make sure his team were ready to work as soon as we had permission and removed a huge oak quickly and safely. Joel and his team at Skyline Tree did an amazing job removing an enormous failing oak that was threatening our home and our neighbors’. His men took it down carefully, piece by piece, by hand (there was no room for a crane), over 7 days, without incident, and cleaned up nicely afterward. Skyline Tree Experts did a great job trimming my eucalyptus tree. Joel went above and beyond to understand what I needed and also worked with PG&E to disconnect my power to avoid any damage to my house during the trimming process. This was impressive. Their pricing was competative and the work prompt and professional. I would certainly recommend Skyline Tree for any tree trimming or removal.
The whole team works tirelessly for 2 days removing 1 redwood tree and reduced 3 maple trees. Joel, the owner bid is the best and offered to add mulching for no additional cost. I will call Joel again for future tree service.
