Im a solar representative and have worked with 2 different companies that hire Skyline to do their install. My experience has been great with both. Skyline doesnt sell solar panels. They install for solar companies. I see complaint on here that have nothing to do with Skyline. These complaints should have been directed toward the companies that designed and sold the systems. When I got solar they said even tho I did not file taxs I could get the tax credit but that is not true I called both a tax person and the financial place and was told that so know in April of 2024 my payment will go up and me and my wife can not come up with that much more
I received my panels 2/2018 and so far have not seen any difference in my utility bill. This system was put into my name by my ***************** husband and they assured me that 60% of my power would be from the solar. I was approved by skyline and after solar installed they informed me that my power box was not up to date for the system. I informed skyline that I was approved based on what I had and that I wasnt paying the $10,000 to replace it. They agreed and installed What was needed. Skyline Solar did my install in 2018 and did a fantastic job. They hid the conduit to the roof just as I requested and cleaned up after the day was done. The crew was very courteous and professional
We were promised a 500 Dollar for sign up and another 500 for the long wait, is october and nothing. I really regret going solar with this company. No way to get in contact with them..

Skyline Solar installed solar panels on my roof December 2, 2016. Inspection occurred Jan 2017. In June 2017 I contacted ***** ****** *****, the solar panel vendor, about a roof leak and they referred me to Skyline Solar since they did the installation. I have three roof sections, no leaks prior to solar panel installation. Solar panels were installed on two roof sections, and these two sections started to leak in the summer of 2017. Awful company to try to do business with. Impossible to get anyone on the phone, if voice mailboxes are not full, messages left are either ignored altogether or not returned until days later. Find another installer!
