Scammers, dont use. They installed the panels and battery, said we had a 25 year warranty, now 4 years later they wont answer calls or emails when we try to contact them about service (all the panels stopped working).. there are many complaints about these people, including people that had exatly what happened to us happen to them.
I started my project on 4/10/2023. Till this day they have not finished the project. I've called twice after their last visit on July 5, 2024. Also, they never called to schedule a visit they were lucky we were home that day (both my husband and I work). They still have to fix my wall since they made a mistake when they installed the battery and had to come in again to move everything around and rewired. They said they were going to send someone to patch the wall, and they have not done so. Every time I call the person that ... read more

I was also lied to about the 'rebate'. When I questioned the issue 2 or 3 times about getting an actual check - my rep assured me that I would get money in which I could use towards the loan to lessen my payments or I was able to keep the money for whatever I'd like.**** FALSE - I didn't even get the full 'credit' on my taxes this year.**They also are not in our state anymore - can't get anyone to answer the phones. ******** was incredibly helpful and patient with me. Honestly one of the most enjoyable and pain-free company calls I've ever had. I called and I was very stressed out over an issue I had been dealing with for a long while and not only did she answer my questions with poise but did so while also calming me down and getting it taken care of.

Got tricked into getting the loan for the solar panels. Was told ** receive a rebate of $17,000 in which I could use towards the loan thats 60k to lessen my payments or I was able to keep the money for whatever Id like. Signed agreements at the end of 2021, was online fully by November 2022. Tax year in January for 2022, I was told there was no rebate of any kind. Got nothing, still have gotten nothing. Skyline Solar installed my 43-panel system in 2015. The installation work and materials was top notch. It was slow getting it operational, not because of them, but codes, inspections, both locally and through our *********** power provider (United Illuminating) and others. It took three months.Ever since, it's now 2024, everything has been perfect. I had question this week and they got back to me within a couple of days. Skyline Solar is a major scam. Please don't use them. Skyline Solar reached out to me to do Solar panels and install a new roof on my home. They came and installed ******* in 2022 and then put the panels on the same time. A year goes by and I never go in my attic but I had to due to a leak. When i looked in my attic I have major water damage from the roof leaking and all my insulation has mold. It's been a nightmare. All my shingles are buckeling.
