Had an awesome time apart from the customer service was shit. People there were very rude.
We spent most of the afternoon on the walking tracks and the kids loved it. Will be back again soon to do a couple of the longer walks down toward the bottom of the life tracks
Love it! So much fun! The Sky Swing is epic and the luge is always a blast! I've been a few times now and every time I have a blast and the staff are super friendly! It's a must do in Rotorua �
Went there for my first time experience ride Gondola, it was great view from up there but the service at the cafe and ice cream corner seems ignore the customer they not even say hi or ask what we looking for when we want get ice cream or meal.
First time was really gutted couldnt get a photo as was told the camara on the scenic route has been broken for ages was sooo annoyed
Gondolas, zipline, luges, swings and beautiful mountain views - what else you can dream of?
