Had a great time on the luge but (but same as other reviewers) the staff in the cafe need customer service training, if they don't like the job get another one, I thought it might've been a one off last time we were there but same again yesterday, shame as it reflects badly on the overall experience

The place was really good, customer service from the employees was subpar and good. Only thing I would like to be done about is the luge ride is make the ride bigger for taller people but other than that it was a goood experience and would defs go again. The cafe we ate at was yum, had a chicken schnitzel burger and was yummy!! ☺️☺️
Great for the whanau, excellent views. Miss 7 didnt enjoy the luge for the first part of the track but once she got the hang of it she flew to the finish line. Will bring her back next year to try again.

Went to Stratosphere for dinner and was very impressed with the service. My son has a peanut allergy so one of the chef's walked us through the buffet and told us which foods to avoid. The food was also lovely and the view was beautiful.
