Very disappointed that we couldn't get a voucher for unused rides to be used when we're back in Rotorua in October. after advice from the sales staff we were up sold 4 rides each when the queues meant each ride takes up to 45 mins to complete. We didn't have time to use the last ride as we had to head back to Auckland. we spent over $200 in 3hrs how can it make good commercial sense not to extend the validity of the luge rides as we would certainly be spending far more if we came again.
