My wife and I had a great time on all rides, but didn't do the Skyswing (not our bag) Staff were superb.
Group booking made over 3 weeks in advance, for a group of 13 a written quote pp was given, Teller would not honor quote despite being handed a copy, told firmly that we had 2 tables that were not even together!, we pushed the rectangle and circle table together, no one took any drink orders or explained buffet and to top it off the food was not good - appears the priority or market share they are catering for is the "tourist bus groups" - 1 time diners, if you could not cope with the amount of guests dont take the booking.
Staff were really rude and not very helpful especially at the start of the luge maybe if they explained things better we would of known what to do and wouldn't get yelled at
