Great staff, super friendly and helpful, amazing at calming the nerves before the Zipline and backwards fall. Rides are epic even in the rain. A+ team
Well, we booked today for 6 people ,then at the terminal got told they were closed, so now at Cobb and Co, as for service you guys totally are the pits, as for continuous patronage to you guys forget it, been there for many years, and never an employee told me to go. Very bad Skyline very bad.

As this evening there was a thunder & lightning storm and the Gondola had to be stopped for a substantial amount of time for safety reasons and we were vanning guests up and down the mountain. I turned up with the intentions of riding the luge and zip lines, but ended up hiring a downhill bike and hitting the trails. It was my first time downhilling and i thouroughly enjoyed it! Great helpful staff and good facilities.
Great night. Staff where very friendly and helpful. Te Owai was our Restaurant Team member and made our night wonderful. Thank you, she made our last night in Rotarua memorable.
