After multiple notifications of leaks in our unit, our bathroom ceiling collapsed on 12/18/24. No alternative arrangements or offerings of compensation took place. The ceiling repair project began 2/12/25 after weeks of having an open ceiling that was fully exposed to the elements at one point. Completely unacceptable communication. When maintenance gave us the key to an unoccupied unit so we could shower, poor communication led to a cleaning crew trashing our toiletries. Our 22 unit HOA in San Mateo has been managed by Skyline PMG for almost a year and very pleased with their team!
Not responsive. On various occasions I've waited anywhere between 4-9 days for a response to direct, personal emails and calls (mostly to time-sensitive matters), and never received a response to the email I sent to request an in person appointment using the general contact email.
Nice one. I had a good experience with them😊
