When signing the lease initially there was a hidden processing fee that I did not know w about in the add on Apartments.com. The unit that I was given was not the one on the photo. The kitchen sink was leaking water like volcano. The bathroom shower spigot had a gaping hole in it. They sent someone out to fix it and it still leaks a minuscule amount. Property meld answered my request for a leak in my bathroom sink. The company they sent called 1 hour prior, they came on time and had the sink repaired in a very timely manner. Thanks for your immediate response!
