Horrible experience, I had an agent yell at me tell me I’m aggressive and hang up the phone on me because I gave her a call. And to top it off, her manager wouldn’t call me back, and didn’t apologize on her behalf for YELLING at me. Never in my life have I been treated like that. He acted like I was th one in the wrong and not his agent, 0 stars
