I had skyline plumbing come clean my septic tank and was absolutely happy with the service. I am a new home owner and the process was made easy. I called 3-14-16 and they set me up the following morning. Called me and gave me a heads up on there way. Andrew and Tim were the two guys that came. Beware Shovel crew only, whatever this company quotes, additional charges may apply. Example: $329.00 to pump septic. additional $200.00 to rent a backhoe if you septic is more than "code" depth. Based on my experience with this company , I won't do business with them. investigate questionable business practices, shop around and ask questions and weigh all of your options. 0-stars

Great plumbing company! I scheduled Skyline to pump my septic tank for today thinking it would solve a slow drain and backup for the only drain in the basement, my washer. The workers inspected the tank and told me it was in great shape, not needing to be pumped. I asked them to pump anyway. I called Skyline to ask if they could send a plumber to look at the whole house drain system. Very pleased with Skyline. They were the 3rd company to call to get them to come out and check our septic tank. The other 2 companies, believe it or not, did not show up or returned calls. Skyline came out immediately and took care of our problem. Our shower and tub faucets were not working,called them this morning, and out this afternoon, fixed and reasonable pricing. Very professional servicemen. No regrets.

This is the only plumbing company I will use. They are honest and friendly. Before I found Skyline I called a different company and they failed to mention on the phone that not only did they have a drive out fee, they had a minimum payment fee! Skyline will tell you up front of what the expected cost will be. They do not try to trick you. I will never call any other company again.

I called this plumber after trying to get an idea about prices from two other plumbers. The others wanted $27 and $49 to come out and then give a price. Skyline actually gave me the price over the phone. And it was reasonable.

When my ~only~ toilet in the house clogged I went on yellowpages.com to find a plumber. All of the companies that I called either said that they could send someone out tomorrow (remember I said I only have one toilet) or that it would be almost $200 or more. I called Skyline and was greeted by the most friendly person on the phone. By this time I was pretty distraught and needing to go potty. She said that they could have someone out within the hour!!
