Worst company to deal with ever! Save your money and sanity and be your own property manager! The owner Jeff does not return calls or address any issues. My tenants reached out to me to ask me to fix stuff because the company would not. Terrible experience and a huge waste of money and frustration.
I hired Jeff and his property management group to handle our very first rental property. We were so excited when he found us a great tenant, very quickly, and they handled all the background check, application, lease, etc. for us. Completely made it a breeze for us. Thank you Alex & Jeff! Very happy with the service you guys have provided for us.
