Every step of the way Linda was there to help. She was always available for me to ask questions and to reassure me. This was a refinance on our home. We had some problems with the first lender that Linda was associated with. Linda even tried to help us even after she had moved onto another lender. I got very frustrated myself with the lender and with Linda's help we started again. With the new lender things went smooth a silk and withing a month we were refinanced.
