Horrible service! I purchased tickets through Groupon and now they are refusing to honor their tickets, stating that I should get a refund from Groupon and purchase directly from them at triple the price I paid. What's really disappointing and hurtful is now I have to explain to my 8yr why he won't be taking the helicopter tour that he's been looking forward too. NOT GOOD BUSINESS AND I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!
Changed our flight time and didn’t notify us. We showed up for the time we booked and no one was there and wouldn’t answer the phone and didn’t call me back. I called them again and they said welp sorry can’t reschedule and can’t refund. Stay far away from this company.
