We have been there twice! Once in July and one recently in December. We have done both the strip and the canyon tour. The staff all the way from check in to the pilot were nice and polite. Every time we go to Vegas we plan on booking a tour. Definitely recommend this.

I was so excited to take the tour. My tour was scheduled for 630, we left at 530 was only 16 minutes away. you must arrive 30 mins early which would be 6:00. My first time in Vegas, I was stuck in traffic and lost, arrived at 6:06, was told it would be a $50 late fee which was in my email. There wasn't any consideration for traffic (an accident). They staff was very polite quoting policy. Sadly I couldn't pay an extra $50 when I was 6 mins off for a 30 min early check in which was 24 mins early for my scheduled time. Well po... read more

The check in policy is stated when booking, in your confirmation email, and when we issue the reminder calls. Our goal is to not collect late fees, that is why we make sure each party is given numerous reminders. When one party is late it inconveniences the other flights.
