Nice place to live
I have been very impressed with the community and kindness of the office staff. The maintenance team has also been very responsive. It is difficult to find good customer service these days and I have been pleased with the people here at Heron Lakes.
I left multiple messages after my online registration which said a unit which was perfect was available. The customer service is non existent. 1 star rating is the only option but a negative 5 is in order.
