RecommendedIt’s nice. Looking at the state forest is comforting. No loud cars racing around, no city life to bother you while you watch sports, cook on your grill outside in peace, security, trash picked up every week, hallways taken care of, grounds keep looking nice. If you like a country setting, here is the place to be.
Horrible place to live. Management never picks up the phone during working hours. Called multiple times this week between 10 - 6 and they never answer the phone. There was two incidents in which they entered the apartment without prior notice. Once to paint over a water damage leak in the ceiling (not fix... just paint over).
