Family member test drove a car recently. Brought it to our mechanic , who’s a family friend to check it out. Found there was no catalytic converter and a piece of pipe had been welded in to hide the issue.

Ken lied and use the warranty on my vehicle to get it fixed. I was supposed to go pick it up today after not being able to make payments for a while. I had all cash in hand, $950.00 To finish paying my Lexus off in full. Ken repaired the car after using my warrantee to repair what was wrong with the engine. I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy. Can you are a thief and I will be letting the warranty company know.
This place robbed my sister of her car. Ken had her vehicle in the shop while working with the warranty company for repairs. My sister had no purchase agreement with Ken and he got the repair work done under the warranty my sister paid for. While the car was being repaired Ken didn’t ask for any car payments and my sister trusted Ken as she worked for him for awhile. He then repoed the car after repairs were made. My sister is turning Ken into the warranty company, the BBB and she’s suing him. Bad form Ken
