Vanessa was honestly the best part of my experience. She was so helpful throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions, and made my move-in feel so easy. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents. I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews, but I’m really glad I gave Skyline at Midtown a chance. Vanessa M. has been my go-to leasing professional since I moved here in mid 2025. From the very beginning, she gave me an excellent tour of the property and made the leasing process smooth and stress-free. Since then, she has consistently respected my requests, addressed any questions or concerns promptly, and has always been professional, courteous, and helpful. Her responsiveness and dedication has made my experience here a great one. Five stars—absolutely zero complaints.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this apartment community to look elsewhere. At first I wasn’t going to leave a review but management knows full well what my last year and a half was like living at these apartments. And yet still decided to withhold most of my deposit. Know that I should be compensated for the things that I had to endure!
